Despite the name, Waikiki Tea is more than a place for coffee/espresso and tea drinks. My friend brought me here for the Lady M Mille Crepe, 20 layers of handmade crepes each with filling in between and shaped into multi-layer cake form.
Waikiki Tea likely rotates Mille Crepe flavors regularly. They likely will have the Lady M original Mille Crepe, but otherwise other Mille Crepe offerings can include matcha, tiramisu, or caramel popcorn.
On this visit, Mille crepe flavors included the original, passion fruit, matcha (green tea), and blueberry cheesecake.

I got the Passion Fruit Mille Crepe ($9.50/slice). Passion fruit-infused cream in between each crepe layer, and a passion fruit glaze on top. This is for the passion fruit fan who wants a dessert with a more luxurious aura. It has the right amount of passion fruit, nothing that overpowers this delicate dish.
My friend got the Blueberry Cheesecake Mille Crepe ($9.50/slice). Again, delicious blueberry cheesecake experience, but in layered crepe form. Great idea to add more blueberries on top.

Obviously, the price is not for the faint-hearted, and it will be subjective whether this treat is worth said price. For me, it was worth it because I had never tried this before. Also, I can appreciate all the quality and craftsmanship that goes into this.
If you plan to eat several slices or share with others, it's clearly a better deal to get a whole Mille Crepe. As shown in the above photo, the passion fruit version was a whopping $95, but when two slices run you well over $20 with tax, it starts to add up quick.
While I would certainly return to try other Mille Crepe flavors, I also plan to look at the drink menu for a more complete experience. 8.5/10
