La Sangucheria is a Peruvian sandwich food cart located at the corner of SW 3rd and Ash in downtown Portland, Oregon. Maribel Castaman, the owner, won the 2013 Eat Mobile Judges' Choice award for Best Overall Food.

Mix 'n Match Creamery

Mix 'n Match Creamery is located on SW 3rd Avenue in downtown Portland, Oregon, across from Voodoo Doughnut. Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, right before your very eyes!

Tacos Pa'Ella

Pip's Original

Pip's Original is located on NE Fremont St. in Portland, Oregon. They are best known for their mini doughnuts. Thanks to Amy, a local food blogger, I finally got to this place in late June.

Absolutely Juicy

Absolutely Juicy is a mobile juice cart usually located around E McLoughlin Blvd. in Vancouver, Washington. However, my first visit to this place was their food cart at the Portland Summer Food Cart Festival in June.

For me and others in the chilehead community, it's been a tough last few days. Amidst what was to be a week of celebration, we got blindsided with the tragic passing of our buddy, Frank Outzen (a.k.a. Reggaefrank09). We all paid tribute in our own ways.

Taco Pedaler is a roaming food "tricycle" that works various events around Portland, Oregon. I saw this Mexican tricycle at the 2013 Portland Summer Food Cart Festival in June.

Stumptown Kimbap

Stumptown Kimbap is located at the A la Carts Food Pavilion (near SE 50th and Division) in Portland, Oregon. You'll find Korean-fusion sushi at this cart.
