Absolutely Juicy

Absolutely Juicy is a mobile juice cart usually located around E McLoughlin Blvd. in Vancouver, Washington. However, my first visit to this place was their food cart at the Portland Summer Food Cart Festival in June.

Arron, the owner, started seeing rapid improvement in his overall health after starting a juicing lifestyle and started his raw, all-natural juice cart to share those same benefits with his customers. He constantly experiments with new recipes.

At the Portland Summer Food Cart Festival, there were three juices offered. My natural spicy instincts darted to the Spicy Lemonade: apple, lemon, and jalapeno.

I mostly got a pleasing, refreshing lemon flavor. The sweetness of the apple mellows the lemon's sour qualities. Any faint spice one would get from a jalapeno could only be felt on the back of the throat.

There are other tasty options, such as the Evergreen (apple, celery, cucumber, kale, spinach, lemon, ginger); Energizer (apple, carrot, pear, lemon); and All Beet Up (apple, beet, carrot, lime). Can't wait to see what new juices Arron comes up with.
