Portland Burger Week 2018 (Part 1 of 3)

From August 13 through August 18, Portland held its annual Burger Week, where participating establishments sold their own special burgers for $5.00. I managed to get to six places this year, so I am breaking it up into a three-part series (two burgers highlighted per post).
