Oriental Food Concessions is located at the Carts on Foster pod (SE 52nd and Foster) in Portland, Oregon.
This cart has been open for a few years, and I couldn't recall if I had been to this place before. I also think the prices have stayed the same all that time, which is impressive.
The menu is an Asian blend. Various noodles, from Yakisoba to Pad Thai. Fried rice also on the board with potstickers and teriyaki chicken. Noodle dishes can range from no spice to very spicy.
I ordered the yakisoba with teriyaki chicken ($8), a generous portion of noodles and chicken. And of course, I got it spicy. It might not have been as gigantic a portion as Stretch the Noodle, but awesome flavor and spice. Still, the amount of food could stretch to a couple of meals, or be shared by two people as a light meal.
It took less than five minutes to get my order, quick service.
Oriental Food Concessions has probably been one of the longest-tenured carts at Carts on Foster. I wish them many more years of continued success. 8.75/10
