While cruising on the Windward side with a friend last November, we decided to try this pizza spot for science. We arrived maybe mid-afternoon on a Saturday, and the spacious place was practically empty.
In addition to salads and appetizers, the centerpiece of the menu, of course, is pizza. A lot of the usual pizza combinations, and you can customize your own.
We just shared a small two-topping pizza ($16.10) for science. Whole wheat crust, pesto sauce, chicken, and garlic. Simple, but a classic combination of flavors. Eight slices in a small pizza.
Very well made and enjoyable. Crunchy crust, gooey cheese, and flavorful pesto. The crust has a braided look to it, a lovely added touch. The pizza probably took about 15 minutes to get to the table.
But hold the phone. There are dessert pizzas here too. A Cinnamon & Sugar Pizza, or a Creamy Snickers Pizza. Since we wanted to avoid a major food coma and sugar stroke, the pizza would have to wait for another day.
There's a full bar here, so I may be tempted to also order a margarita here one day.
Brick Oven Pizza was a very good choice to satisfy my pizza cravings! 8.5/10
