Final Draft Taphouse

Final Draft Taphouse is located on SE Mill Plain Blvd (near Chkalov) in Vancouver, Washington.

Owners Mike and Kimberly opened Final Draft Taphouse on July 3, and I headed down last month for their official grand opening celebration. It is a fairly spacious taproom, with about 30 beer taps, a small wine selection, and some food. Great location, being near I-205 and off a very busy street (Mill Plain). Depending on the time of day, you may face issues finding parking or getting out of the parking lot.

Continuing with my preference of hazy IPAs, I headed to Final Draft to try Ex Novo's collaboration with Final Draft Taphouse. SIPA-Licious clocks in at just 4.8% ABV, brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. True to its description, it is a crushable, refreshing IPA. Good tropical nose and flavor, perfect for a summer grand opening.

The food menu, for those wondering, has chips and salsa; soft pretzels, meat/cheese board, and various paninis.

Final Draft's website will give you their latest taplist. You can even suggest beers for them to put on draft, so hopefully they will be able to get them.

Check out Final Draft Taphouse! 7.5/10
