Old Agness Store (Part 2)

(NOTE: This is the last of a two-part series devoted to the Old Agness Store's baked goods. Please check out their website and online store to order yours!)

Welcome to the second part of a two-part blog post devoted to the Old Agness Store! If you missed the first part, you can go back to last week's post. Two more types of brownies (four if you include the spicy X version of each) to review!

The brownie adventure resumed with the Dark Chocolate Orange Fudge Brownie. Lots of dark chocolate chunks throughout. The orange and orange oil is noticeable on smell and flavor, a natural pairing with the chocolate. The orange complements the chocolate and doesn't upstage it. As usual, there is a lightness to this brownie that is unlike most brownies you make or buy elsewhere.

Of course, when eating the spicy version, that added mild heat is a lovely bonus, an extra dimension to an already-kickass treat.

Last, but not least, the Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie, the same flavor the Challenge Brownie and the XXX Spicy Chile Reserve Brownie came in. But this time, I really got to appreciate the rich peanut buttery goodness. Hands down my favorite of the entire lot.

The X spicy brownie is one I could also enjoy all day. Again, the mild heat on the back end, which lingers around a little more thanks to the peanut butter.

Gluten-free items have gotten a bad rap for years, but today's recipes are amazingly good. If you hadn't told me these were gluten-free, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.

If you want some amazing treats, check out the Old Agness Store and try these brownies, blondies, and trail bars for yourself!
