Marina's Kafe

Marina's Kafe is located near the corner of NE 28th and Sandy Blvd in Portland, Oregon.

This place serves sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee. Thanks to an awesome tip, I got to try a couple of amazing sweet treats.

I must give props on the Baklava ($1.75). Tons of phyllo layers, honey, and nuts. The right amount of sweetness. A good-sized piece for the money spent.

When heading to Marina's, be sure to get the Marina Bar ($1.50). Extremely moist and probably one of the best brownies I've ever had. It's basically a secret as to what goes in there, so I wouldn't bother asking. I'm sure one of the ingredients is panda kryptonite.

Based on the sweet treats alone, I'm stamping this with a panda seal of approval. Amazing stuff. 9/10
