When in Hawaii, I also make sure to get my fill of sushi and seafood. The Aiea Shopping Center has three floors of businesses, and this one is on the middle floor towards the back.
The menu is straightforward, with several large specialty rolls, combos, and hand rolls.
I loved the size of the roll. Fresh ingredients and generous portions of seafood. Also an awesome presentation.
I went maybe an hour before they closed, and there were maybe two others waiting the entire time I was there, so I might have gotten lucky on the short wait time. Probably no more than five minutes on the wait. Great, friendly service.
If you want your sushi fix, Makoto Sushi is a wonderful option! 8.75/10
