Absolutely Juicy

Absolutely Juicy is a mobile juice cart usually located around E McLoughlin Blvd. in Vancouver, Washington. However, my first visit to this place was their food cart at the Portland Summer Food Cart Festival in June.

For me and others in the chilehead community, it's been a tough last few days. Amidst what was to be a week of celebration, we got blindsided with the tragic passing of our buddy, Frank Outzen (a.k.a. Reggaefrank09). We all paid tribute in our own ways.

Churros Locos can usually be spotted at Portland Timbers and Thorns soccer games, as well as other events around Portland, Oregon. Daniel and Isabel started their business venture because they wanted to share their favorite childhood dessert with the Rose City.

A Cajun Life, located in Damascus, Oregon, serves up Cajun soul food from New Orleans. I first tried this place out at the 2013 Portland Summer Food Cart Festival.

Taco Pedaler

Taco Pedaler is a roaming food "tricycle" that works various events around Portland, Oregon. I saw this Mexican tricycle at the 2013 Portland Summer Food Cart Festival in June.

Stumptown Kimbap

Stumptown Kimbap is located at the A la Carts Food Pavilion (near SE 50th and Division) in Portland, Oregon. You'll find Korean-fusion sushi at this cart.

Herb's Hawaiian Shave Ice
