Chez Dodo

Chez Dodo is a Mauritian food cart located at the corner of N Fremont and  N Vancouver Ave in Portland, Oregon. Shyam, a native of Mauritius, opened this cart in 2013.

OmNom Gluten-Free Waffles

(NOTE: This cart closed on December 14, 2013. The owners hope to reopen the cart in April 2014 or by summer 2014.)

OmNom was a gluten-free Belgian waffle food cart near the corner of N Killingsworth and Maryland, at North Killingsworth Station pod. This cart opened in October 2013, and I stopped by on their last day of business on December 14, 2013.

Burrasca

Burrasca is a Florentine food cart located in the small food pod near SE 28th and Ankeny in Portland, Oregon.

Tastebud Bagels

Tastebud Bagels is located at the corner of SW 10th and Alder in downtown Portland, Oregon. The business has also been working Farmers' Markets for the past eight years.

All Jarred Up

All Jarred Up is located near SW 2nd and Oak in downtown Portland, Oregon. This baked sweet treats cart had its grand opening in September 2013, but their business has been open since May 2010.

Thick

Thick is a Chicago deep dish pizza food cart located near SW 3rd and Washington in downtown Portland, Oregon. Mike, a Chicago native, opened this food cart in late November 2013.

Costco (Canada)

There are multiple Costco locations in British Columbia, Canada. I went to the location in downtown Vancouver on Expo Blvd.
