On my latest trip back to Hawaii, I made it a point to stop by Gina's one more time. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this award-winning spot.
The inside is still the same as my last visit. Since I was eating with my parents and grandma, two plate lunches would suffice. I'd be getting Gina's Special ($9.95) again, but my eyes also darted to the Korean Spicy Garlic Chicken ($8.50). Each plate comes with four sides, so we chose options such as long rice, taegu (Korean seasoned cuttlefish), kimchi, choi sum, and corn.
Gina's Special is a king-sized portion of food that includes teriyaki beef, BBQ chicken, kalbi, spring rolls, mandoo, three scoops of rice, and four sides. As usual, delicious, excellent food. Juicy meat, crispy spring rolls and mandoo, and tasty sides.

We got our order in around 11:30, just before the lunch rush arrived. Just like the first time, Gina's delivered on quality and quantity. There's a reason why this establishment has been winning numerous awards over the last 20+ years. It's really that good here. Well worth any wait you encounter. 9/10
