I met up with competitive eaters Naader Reda, Juan Rodriguez, and Miki Sudo for this one. Basically dubbed this the Panda In-n-Out Initiation.
Since the people here will basically customize your order how you want it (within reason), I pretty much stuck with the basic burger menu: Double-double, cheeseburger, and hamburger. I upgraded for an order of animal fries because I've always been intrigued by that. Total came to around $11.50 with tax.
Hamburger, cheeseburger, double-double in back Animal-style fries in front! |
A couple of my friends also got the well-done fries. That and a couple of protein burgers might be in order next time. With more animal sauce, of course.
There's a video of me eating the food. You know, just to document my initiation.
People love shakes, but I had to pass. The panda can't handle excess dairy. The cheese in the burgers was enough. I do hear the shakes are good, though.
Frankly, In-n-Out is a great way to satisfy your fast-food fix. I can't honestly say it's the best burger or fries I've ever had, but In-n-Out is a hell of a lot better than the usual fast food I get. I at least see that part of why people love this place. I'm a fan and I'll definitely return for more. 7.5/10
Wow I wish I could eat those burgers!

Wish there's a branch here in Malaysia but no luck so far. Best thing we have here is Carl's Junior, now that's fabulous!
