Anything Else? is a Thai/Asian Fusion food cart located in the Cartlandia food pod in Portland, Oregon. Having opened just a couple short months ago, this cart has quickly earned rave reviews with customers and other food cart owners!

What's the best cure for a rainy day? Spicy panda screams for spicy food!

I hadn't had good Thai food in a while, so I eagerly walked up to this cart, being greeted by a smiling older woman inside. A myriad of options to choose from. Noodle dishes, rice dishes, etc. When in doubt, look for some daily specials!

The flavors were off-the-chain panda dancing good. The perfectly cooked wide rice noodles seemed to bathe in a salty-sweet sauce (usually a blend of soy sauce and sugar), while the lively looking veggies (broccoli, carrots, and bean sprouts) added crunch and incredible color. You want a proper stir fried noodle dish? This is how it's done.

As with 99.9% of dishes out there, I could have handled more heat. But I'm not a normal person. When requesting "extra hot," the spice will be noticeable for many people. To combine awesome flavor with noticeable heat is a wonderful thing. The people here pull it off very well.

I wanted to save some for dinner. But we all know what happened next.
