How was it made extra spicy? Sprinkle some dried chili flakes on there -- in all likelihood some type of Asian chile. Maybe those are dried red Thais....

Don't get me wrong, it's an excellent dish. It's just that I like to mess with the bull a bit more regarding the spice. One day, I'm gonna get my innards gutted by some destructive spicy dish...again. I apparently don't learn from my mistakes, but I just love playing with fire. 8.5/10
