Voodoo Doughnuts

Voodoo Doughnuts is a well-known doughnut shop in Portland, Oregon. It has been featured on Man v. Food and garnered nationwide attention for their unique doughnut options. There are currently three locations, two in Portland and one in Eugene.

The lines at Voodoo Doughnuts can get extremely long, for good reason. The doughnuts are delectable and can get very large. Check out some of these photos I found online (credit goes to those people, not me):

I've been here at least three times and have not minded the wait. Of course, it's probably best to get a bunch of doughnuts to make up for the waiting time. If you're in the Portland area and are lucky enough to live or work by Voodoo Doughnuts, I am so jealous of you. But perhaps it's a good thing, for if I lived or worked by Voodoo Doughnuts, I would not be as fit or in shape as I am today.

This is a place all doughnut lovers and tourists must go to, in my opinion. Re-work your schedule, if you have to. You will not regret it.

And for those couples out there, if you also love doughnuts, you can actually get married at Voodoo Doughnuts. That's right, fully legal wedding ceremonies! No joke...they really do them.

Voodoo Doughnuts, I hope you open up another place closer to me. 8.75/10
