Pacifikool is a food vendor selling from-scratch ginger ales and other drinks. Pacifikool had a beachstand in Waikiki that closed its doors in mid-March 2011. Today, you may find them at the Honolulu Farmers' Market on Wednesday afternoons, or the Kapiolani Community College Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings, promoting their ginger syrups.

Drink Menu (late November 2011) |
I went with my family to the Honolulu Farmers' Market and shared a pineapple ginger ale ($4.99). It was a refreshing drink on a warm, sunny day. the bite of that ginger worked well with the pineapple. And of course, anything homemade scores extra points in my book.

Pineapple Ginger Ale (Pacifikool) |
There are several drinks to choose from, and Pacifikool remains a popular spot. I saw them at the tail end of the KCC Farmers' Market on Saturday, and a few of their offerings had sold out. It's one of several vendors selling exotic drinks at farmers' markets...be sure to try these guys out!
